I try to assure that you are getting the highest quality herbs at the very best price I can offer. I think it is really important that items be fresh and that quality is high. For this reason we measure and package as you order so I can check the quality just before it leaves here on it's way to you. I can not understand how others package a product and then let it sit around-sometimes for months!  None of our products are sitting around for a long time! I won't allow it and I use so many of these myself they just don't get the opportunity to sit around "waiting".
