My name is Dawn Hill, and I and my husband Leo are the owners of Crystal Forest. Our business sells primarily through Pagan fairs, festivals and gatherings and on the World Wide Web through e-Bay and this site. We are located in Torrington, Connecticut and we travel to Virginia, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island for fairs and festivals and will be happy to tell you where you can meet us in person next.

I really enjoy meeting and taking care of my customers. To me it does not matter if they are right in front of me "live" and in person or on the other side of a computer screen. I try my best to provide a great product at a reasonable cost, sturdy packaging and quick shipping while being as professional as possible.

Because we try to keep costs low for our customers we also include shipping and handling charges in the prices you see. We never charge you any extra for sending our products to you with a minimum order of $15. For orders under $15 a $5 handling fee will be charged.

We make many of the items we sell here including  chalices, tarot bags, capes and bath products plus some jewelry. Please understand that these items will ship as fast as possible but need lead time.

Most of the questions you have about shipping and payment terms can be found here on this site. Sometimes there are a few unanswered questions so remember if I can ever assist you in any manner please do not hesitate to contact us at  crystalforest@hotmail.com.

Please note: If you would prefer not to use our Pay Pal Secure Checkout, you may also use our regular printed order form. The form and check or money order may mailed to us via regular "snail-mail", or you can send us an email when you send a check and we'll have it ready to ship upon receipt of the payment. Credit cards are accepted only through the free Pay Pal Checkout or by calling us.
